Returns & Refunds
We want you to know what to expect before ordering. The policy below applies to products purchased directly from Night City Boutique.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, with the included components and accessories that were supplied with it.
Starting a return
Before sending an item back, contact V@nightcityboutique.com for return instructions. Please include your name, order information, the product you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Return shipping
For ordinary returns, including a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was sent, contact us before returning it. Night City Boutique will arrange or cover the appropriate return shipping for an accepted claim of that kind.
Refunds
Once the return is received, we will inspect the item. If the return meets this policy, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time for the credit to appear after the refund is processed.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as practical at V@nightcityboutique.com with a description of the issue. Photos may be helpful when the problem is visible.
